      为深入研究浙江省农民大学生学习力现状和探析其教育提升途径,对省内8所学校300多名农民大学生进行问卷调查和访谈。调查内容涉及了学习目的、学习动力、学习毅力和学习能力和影响因素等方面。调查结果分析显示,农民大学生学习目的明确、具备一定的学习毅力,但也存在年龄偏大、学习基础薄弱、工学矛盾突出、学习主动性不足、学习能力欠佳等问题。最后,从学生、教师和学校等3个方面探析了农民大学生学习力的教育提升途径。
英文摘要:
      Learning power is the most essential and core ability of the social individual in the learning society which advocates all people learning and life-long learning. Learning power mainly consists of learning motivation, learning perseverance, learning ability and learning transition. The research was carried out to investigate and analyze the current situation of the peasant college students’ learning power in Zhejiang province. The results indicated that they were older, poor learning foundation, weak learning power and so on. Based on the results, the promoting approach of the learning power was put forward from three aspects: student, teacher and school.
